If you already went through the struggles that they are going through and how your product has REALLY helped you, then you can make educated guesses.

The easiest way to start a connection between your brand and your customer is to engage in what they are already talking about.

Imagine how easy it would be to get the attention of a customer who has been thinking about your offer all day long!

Are there questions that customers frequently ask your customer service department about?

A great way to understand the conversations that are going on is to sit with your customer service department and listen to what questions are being asked.

Remember, a business always begins and ends with its customer. 

If you don’t understand how to best serve your customer, eventually a competitor who is better suited will come along and leave you in the dust.
